Overall Learning Objectives
1. Appreciate the current and future direction of Undergraduate Medical Education in Psychiatry at Schulich.2. Become aware of the opportunities for staff and residents to be involved in UGE and the changes in curriculum delivery and assessments in the pre-clerkship years.3. Become familiar with the changes in teaching and assessment tools with the CBME transition in clerkship and of the resources available for students and staff during the CBME transition.4. Recognizing student challenges and become familiar with the available resources to address them.
This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by Continuing Professional Development, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University. You may claim a maximum of 3.5 hours (credits are automatically calculated).
Each participant should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent participating in the educational program.
